Where We Ship

We currently ship to all locations within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Rates

Under $50 AUD Standard Shipping $12.00 Flat Rate
$50 AUD and Over Standard Shipping FREE
Any Order Value Express Shipping $20.00

Please note: Free shipping applies only to standard post. If you would like your order sent via Express, it must be selected at checkout, and a $20.00 Express Shipping Fee will apply, regardless of your total cart value.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and included full tracking.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding QLD Public holidays).
  • During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Express Shipping Delivery Times

Express shipping aims to arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch (Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and may vary due to location or unforeseen delays).
  • Orders with Express Shipping selected will be dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm AEST (QLD time).
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are in stock. 
To receive available items sooner, please place separate orders.


Item Quality and Inspection

Each item in thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our premium quality standards.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
The Scrunchie Vault is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Returned-to-sender parcels will incur a $14.95 AUD reshipping fee.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or list in transit:

  • We'll assist in tracking it and lodge a claim with Australia Post.
  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Parcels marked “Delivered” by Australia Post cannot be refunded or replaced unless officially deemed lost after investigation.
